Fish Tacos Slaw Avocado

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Fish tacos in small bowl whisk together cup of the oil the lime juice garlic and chili powder until well blended.
To assemble the tacos place 2 tortillas on a plate and top each with a piece of fish. Repeat to assemble the remaining tacos. Wrap the tortillas in foil and warm on the grill about 5 minutes. To assemble the tacos put the slaw on bottom followed by the fish and top with avocado crema.
These baja style tacos will make you feel like you re on vacation right at home. Liberally coat your grill pan with olive oil to prevent the fillets from sticking and place it over medium high heat. Add the fish and toss gently to coat. Cook for an additional 2 3 minutes.
Add your favorite extras such as avocado slices additional fresh cilantro etc. Remove from heat and break filets into pieces. To cook the fish heat a large skillet over medium high heat and sear about 2 3 minutes per side. While the fish is cooking warm the tortillas over a burner on low heat until slightly charred on the edges.
For the fish tacos. Drizzle with tomatillo ranch citrus avocado sauce or a dollop of guacamole. Juice of 1 2 lemon. To assemble the tacos evenly distribute the fish into each tortilla add in the slaw and drizzle with the avocado sauce.
